Terms and Conditions of Agreement.

Joining RPT coaching means you have agreed to sign up for a minimum of 6 months!
You must notify me of any changes to your health which may cause a risk to your safety or health during your training with RPT.
All cancellations require a 1 month notice period.
If payment has not been paid on time you will not receive further programming/coaching until payment had been made.
All RPT services are to be kept within the members. You are agreeing to keeping RPT services provided, private and not open to the public.
If under the age of 18 please you must have a parent/guardian signature and printed name below.
